 The Council of Ministers of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) held a meeting on Saturday, 05/12/2009, in the city of Cairo Arab Republic of Egypt.
 
The Libyan delegation was led by Dr. Shukri Mohammed Ghanem, NOC Chairman, and participated in the delegation Mr. Ali El Sogher Mohammed Saleh, General Manager of NOC, Mr. Mohamed Kamel Alzendah Libyan representative of the Executive Office of the Organization, Mr. Omran Abukrah General Manager of Arab Company for drilling, Mr. Ibrahim Abubreadah General Manager, Human Resources Development and Mr. Jamal Talha .
During the meeting, review and discuss the topics on the agenda and took appropriate decisions such as adoption of the budget, the recommendations of the Executive Office regarding the activity of the Organization in the follow-up on environment and climate change, Reset the Office of auditor of the accounts of the Organization, Extension of the period under which the Republic of Iraq to supervise the Institute of Arab Petroleum Training for one year as of 1 July 2010.
